In 2016, Heather assumed full ownership upon her father's retirement. With over a decade of industry experience, Ryder Window Cleaning remains dedicated to delivering high-quality professional services to Napa and the surrounding regions.

Owner
Heather began her career in window cleaning at the age of 17, working alongside her father and brother. Over the years, she cultivated a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for hard work. After completing her college education, Heather briefly explored various design roles as a graphic artist for a small brand logo and label restoration company. However, she ultimately sought new challenges, feeling unfulfilled in that capacity. In 2016, Heather rejoined Ryder Window Cleaning, where she took on a managerial role and eventually became the owner of the company. Since then, she has continued to excel in her work, viewing each day as an opportunity for growth and new challenges.

Partner
John joined Ryder Window Cleaning in 2017, where he diligently acquired the necessary skills for the profession. He rapidly progressed from a novice to a highly skilled professional. Currently, he partners with Heather in both business and personal ventures.
